New Memory Care Facility
Ground Breaking
On October 10, 2011 Waterford Senior Living held a ground breaking ceremony marking the official expansion of our assisted living community. This Ground Breaking Ceremony officially marked the beginning of construction for our Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). It will have 29 apartments and will be attached to our existing building.
It's About Memory Care
The CBRF will specialize in Dementia and Alzheimer's Care for the elderly. We have worked closely with the Alzheimer's Association and other local resources to ensure that the building and program design are ideal for people who have Dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
Grand Opening
The tentative date for opening is June 2012 and PDC Midwest from Hartland, WI is the General Contractor. We expect approximately 20 new jobs to be created as a result of this addition.
