Waterford Senior Living offers month-to-month leases on all of our apartments. Your monthly rent is determined by the size of apartment you choose as well as the hours of personalized services you select. Up to 28 hours of services per week are available.

Concerned that you or your loved one will run out of money and have to move? Waterford Senior Living is a contracted Family Care Provider for Racine County so that our residents are able to stay at Waterford Senior Living if they run out of money. Family Care is a program that offers funding assistance to those who qualify. Residents must be private pay for at least two years before utilizing Family Care at Waterford Senior Living.
